Dymathik DM-5249 is a super soft printing thickener composed of a kind of polyacrylic acid ester, with very good self-thickening ability, suited for the pigment printing of cellulosic fibre and its blends. When the product is used in pigment printing, the printed goods has extra-ordinary soft handle, so is more suitable for the high-end products and also for the processing of high value added products such as in the case of pigment imitating Reactive dye printing, pigment printing of knitted goods, towels etc.

BASIC CHARACTERISTIC

Appearance       : Pale yellow viscous liquid

Ionicity               : Anionic

pH value           : 5.5 ~ 6.5 (original liquid)

Dispersability    : Easily dispersible in water

Emulsifiability    : Good self emulsifying property, paste formed is with high stability.

Emulsified paste stability:

Water: Good stability to water hardness 100ppm or below, dosage is reduced.

Electrolyte: the higher the electrolyte content, the bigger the dosage.

Acid and Alkali: With certain stability to acid

Process:

Paste preparation  →  Print  →  Dry(100oC)  →  Bake(150oC x 2 ~ 3min)  → With tentering heat-set
