Enzymatic DM-8628 is an acidic cellulase, and is a bio-enzyme product with decomposition effect to cellulosic fibre, used for the fuzz removing (polishing surface) finish of cotton, ramie, cellulosic fibre etc. and its blends in the garment wash, and in the dyeing factory, the treated textures have polishing surface, clear texture.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGESThe surface of fabric can be faded rapidly, the fuzz and balls on fabric surface can be removed, a polishing surface is produced.
The fabric handle is improved, the softening touch, breath-ability and wear comfort can be enhanced.
Negligible influence to tear-strength of the fabric.

REMARKSInactivation:
Upon the completion of treatment, the remaining active enzyme should be deactivated, so as to avoid the over-degradation of fibre, otherwise the fibre strength will be greatly reduced or uneven.
The method is firstly to drain the residual liquor, then water and alkaline detergent are added, adjusted to pH >9, washing at 65 ~ 80oC for 10 ~ 15min, then rinse thoroughly.

Enzyme is a kind of bio-protein, it will have property changed and lost its activity at high temperature, so the storage temperature should be taken into consideration, and avoid direct sunlight.
